BI Specialist

Karman Connect is expanding rapidly in the Nordic region, France, Germany and Spain, so we’re looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to play a key role as part of the data & development team at our fantastic “mother ship” in Aarhus.

What your standard working day will include

Working closely with our Chief Insights Officer, you will have a key role to play in our company, where you’ll draw on your data insights toolbox to improve operations across marketing, sales, and finance.

We build essential tools and reports for our colleges and business partners that get used every day. The work you do will have a major impact on our commercial success as a whole:

• Build, extend, and optimize Power BI reports
• Shape data from a range of different sources, e.g. our custom build data warehouse, marketing platforms like Google Ads, and our CRM
• Expand our automatic reporting and monitoring of KPIs to Slack
• Facilitate ad-hoc analysis and insights


What you must be good at to land the job

• Thrive in an iterative process, where solutions gets refined and improved in cooperation with our in-house developers and teams of end users
• Developing Power BI datasets and reports - you manage DAX, data modeling, and finding the perfect visualizations
• SQL skills required - and some knowledge of coding in e.g. Python or R is a nice surprise
• Some experience with cloud ETL- and database technologies - we use BigQuery a lot, and you might have worked with extracting data from APIs
• Knowledge of cloud workflows, scheduling queries, Power Automate, or similar

You might be educated in business intelligence (cand. merc.), or have a similar relevant background.
