CFO / Finance Business Partner

Karman Connect is expanding rapidly in the Nordic region, France, Germany and Spain, so we’re looking for a CFO to play a key role as part of the management team at our fantastic “mother ship” in Aarhus.

From a purely professional perspective, we envisage that you are a natural commercial thinker and executor with great business insights as well as at least four years of experience at a similar role. Preferably experience as management consultant.



What you must be really good at to land the job

  • Refining and optimizing our go-to-market setup. We are currently live in 11 markets and want to open 3 new markets per year - while becoming market leaders in our existing markets!
  • Analyzing vast amounts of data and translating it to business actions
  • Building advanced excel models to heighten the quality of reporting, P&L budgets etc.
  • Driving growth by building KPI setup, improving SOPs setup etc.


What your standard working day will include

Reporting to our CEO, you will have a key role to play in our management team, where you’ll draw on your financial toolbox and management skills to improve operations and further develop our strategy. The work you do will have a major impact on our commercial success as a whole.

  • Business partner for CEO
  • Aid Morten, our CIO, in his mission of building a next level power bi setup
  • Prepare material for quarterly board meetings (and attend them)
  • Prepare highlights for monthly reporting
  • Drive P&L forecasting, reporting and follow-up on budget
  • Financial accounting is handled externally, you will do the controlling
  • Help build a stronger KPI & SOP setup to improve organizational scalability
