This Policy sets out how Karman Connect A/S collects and processes your personal data as part of the operation of our website and the activities described below in Section 3 below.

3 How we process personal data as part of our activities

Karman Connect A/S collects and processes personal data in many different situations, and the purposes of the collection, what the data is intended for and when it is erased will differ in each situation. The specific activities where Karman Connect A/S (as the data controller) may collect personal data about you are therefore individually described below.

3.1 Interactions on our website

3.1.1 Data to be processed

When you visit our website we collect personal data related to your interactions with our site. We expect to collect the following personal data about you:

• Approximate geolocation

We use these personal data to improve our website and offerings.

3.1.3 Legal basis for the processing

The legal basis of our processing of personal data is:

Data is shared with our IT suppliers (data processors), who store the data for us and process the data in accordance with our instructions, namely Google Analytics.

In connection with the processing, the personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA (third countries). These countries include USA. We ensure that your rights are protected, and that the level of protection is maintained in connection with these data transfers, for example through standard contracts approved by the European Commission cf. 3.1.5 How long we retain the data

We retain your personal data for up to 12 months after you have visited our website, after which the personal data will be deleted or anonymised.

3.2.1 Data to be processed and its origin

You provide the data to us and decide the data you are willing to provide. However, we expect to collect the following personal data about you:

• Telephone number
• The information you decide share in our correspondence.

We use these personal data to respond to your queries through our contact form, available at our website.

• Rectification: You have the right to have personal data about you rectified.
• Erasure: In special circumstances, you have the right to have personal data about you erased, before the time for our ordinary erasure.
• Restriction: In certain cases, you have the right to restriction of processing of your personal data. If the right applies, we may then only process the data – except for retention – with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another person or for reasons of important public interest.
